Adhyatma Ramayana was composed by Sri Veda Vyasa. It is found as part of Brahmanda purana. It has 7 skandams, 65 adyaayams and 4500 slokas. 7 Skandams namely Bala Kandam, Ayoddhya Kandam, Aaranya Kandam, Kishkindha Kandam, Sundara Kandam, Yuddha Kandam and Uttara Kandam. This has been composed as dialogue between Lord Sri Shiva and Mother Sri Parvathi. In this great kavyam, Lord Sri Rama is described as all pervading paramatma and Bhagavan in HIS full form. It is written as a spiritual version of Ramayana extolling the path of bhakti and pertaining to the Advaita philosophy. It is written to include Bhakthi(Devotion), Jyana (Supreme knowledge) and Vairagyam (Dispassion).
