SRIMAD BHAGAVATHAM - is verily Sri Krishna HIMSELF. It the is crown jewel of veda,vedanta, 18 puranas and ithihasas. It consists of 18000 verses, 12 cantos and 335 chapters. This is considered as the ultimate moksha sastra blessed to living beings in this and other worlds.

Srimad Bhgavatam Sthuthis are great gems are composed by great devotees such as Prahladh Maharaj, Druva Maharaj, and great devotees, great rishis such as Sri Narada and others, Devathas such Lord Brahma, Lord Shiva and others, great brahma jyanis such Suka brahmam and others, devata mathas(mothers) such as devaki, dehuti and others, great kings such Sri Vasudeva and others to glorify Bhagavan. These sthuthis were sung towards Lord MahaVishnu and to HIM directly in HIS various avatars. There are about 120 sthuthis in Srimad Bhagavatam which are great yajnam by themselves which are far more superior than performing ashwamedha, vajapeya and other yagnams. These sthuthis are hard to find in kaliyuga due to yuga dharma. By Guru krupa and by Bhagavan's grace, our desire is to post audio files and lyrics of these great mula sthuthis and meanng deeply and thoroughly for learning and thus do kainkaryam to Bhagavan. Sthuthi : Balaraksha Sthothram
Skandam 10 Adyaayam 6 and Slokas 22 to 29 | Balaraksha sthothram to Lord Krishna | Gopis praying to Lord Sri MahaVishnu for the protection of Lord Sri baby Krishna from demons and bad energy. After Puthana was killed by Lord Sri Krihna as baby, the Gopis recovered the baby from Puthana's body and were afraid daemons are coming to attack Lord Sri Krishna. To get protection from Lord Narayana, they chanted the 12 holy names of Lord Narayana (Kesava, Narayana, Madhava, Govinda, Vishnu, Madhusudhana, Trivikrama, Vamana, Sridhara, Hrushikesha, Padhmanabha and Damodhara) and touched the body parts of baby Lord Sri Krishna with holy names. By chanting the bija mantra of Lord Sri Vishnu they purified (Nyasam) body of Lord Sri Krishna. Then, they prayed Lord Sri MahaVishnu with Bala Raksha Sthothram praying to various forms of Lord Sri MahaVishnu to give protection to Baby Krishna. Please chant this sthothram if your child or yourself or family members are suffering from fever or any illness or every day to get protection. |

Skandam 10 Adyaayam 19 and Slokas 9-10 | Davagni Sthuthi - Young Gopas prayer to Lord Sri Krishna to protect from forest fire. | Once Lord Sri Krishna and Gopas went into forest to take care of the cows. The cows had gone far away and not seen anywhere close by. Lord Sri Krishna and cowherd boys went deep into the forest looking for cows. Finally they found the cows and brought them to safe place, but, then in the dense forest forest fire erupted and cowherd boys and cows couldn't go any where to escape from fire. They prayed to Lord Sri Krishna and sang a prayer. Lord Sri Krishna requested the boys to close their eyes and he then swallowed the fire. He asked the boys to open theirs eyes and vrndavan forest was back to the same way it was before.
