Dear Devotees, ||Om Namo Narayanaya|| Sri Guruvayurappa Sharanam!! By Lord Sri Guruvayurappan anugraham (grace and blessings), will be doing Srimad Bhagavatham - Sampoorna Mandala Parayanam - with Srimad Bhagavatham Mahathmym on June 23rd and Srimad Bhagavatham Sampoornam Parayanam -from July 3rd, 2023(Monday) to August 19th, 2023 (Saturday)!! One Mandalam constitute 48 days signifying 12 rasis(Hindu Zodiac signs), 27 nakshathras( stars in India Astrology) and 9 grahas or nava grahas ( planets). It is very auspicious to do complete parayanam during 48 days. It will be easier for the devotees to recite 7 adyaayams a day and slowly recite all the adyaayams and do complete recital or parayanam of all 12 skandams, 335 adyaayams and 18000 slokas in 48 days. It is said in Srimad Bhagavatham and Srimad Bhagavatham Mahatmym that hearing, chanting and learning the slokas with meaning - sloka by sloka of Srimad Bhagavatham Slokas every day will bless the devotee Moksha or Mukthi or liberation from birth, death life cycle and to attain Parama Padam to go to Sri Vaikuntam. Reciting one sloka or half a sloka or quarter sloka will give the benefit of donating 1000 cows. Reciting one sloka a day every day will bless the devotee with ashwamedha yagam and rajasuya yagam. It is that powerful Srimad Bhagavatham. It is prescribed in Shasthras (Hindu Holy scriptures) that reciting Srimad Bhagavatham slokas every day and learning them and chanting the name of Bhagavan Sri Vishnu are the highest path margam and easiest way to to purify the devotee and get Moksha or Mukthi to go to Sri Vaikuntam. Dear Devotees, ||Om Namo Narayanaya|| Sri Guruvayurappa Sharanam!! Srimad Valkimi Ramayanam is adi kavyam and composed by Sage Valmiki !! There are 7 Kandams in Srimad Valmiki Ramayanam namely -- Bala Kandam (Childhood events of Lord Sri Rama and Sita Vivaham). There are 77 sargams and 2270 slokas. -- Ayoddhya Kandam (Events of Sri Rama was about to be crowned as Prince but due to Kaikeyi boon from Dasharata Sri Rama going to forest). There are 119 sargams and 4273 slokas. --Aranya Kandam (Lord Sri Rama, Mother Sita and Sri Lakshmana living in forest and Sita getting abducted by Ravana). There are 75 sargams and 2473 slokas. --Kishkinda Kandam (Lord Sri Rama searching for Sita in the forest and coming down to south india and meeting Hanuman, Sugreeva and others). Dear Devotees, ||Om Namo Narayanaya || Sri Guruvayurappa Sharanam!! July 3rd, 2023 (Monday) is Sri Guru Purnima or Vyasa Purnima. Guru Purnima or Vyasa Purnima is celebrated to mark the day of appearance of Sri Krishnadwaipayana Vyasa or Veda Vyasa who is an incarnation of Lord Sri MahaVishnu. Guru purnima is dedicated to and revere our spiritual masters who give us spiritual knowledge to enlighten us and take us in the path for self realization with bakthi, Jyanam and vairagyam and to attain moksha or mukthi or salvation. Guru purnima is celebrated every year on the full moon day (Purnima) in the hindu month of Ashadha (June–July) in Hindu calendar(India). This auspecious day is celebrated by worshiping our gurus by performing puja to their holy feet and offering our humble namaskarams or obeisances to them. We will be celebrating by performing Puja to our guru's holy feet and by chanting adyaayams from Srimad Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatham and Sthothrams on Guru. Please follow the worship and chant the following Sthothrams at your home as follows: -->Please keep Lord Sri MahaVishnu - Lord Sri Guruvayurappan or Lord Sri Krishna (only) picture or statue and Your spiritual master or Guru picture or statue for worship. Please offer mala (red color flowers are preferable) to the pictures or status. --> Please chant "ShuklaAmbara Dharam Vishnum Shashi Varnam Chatur BhujamPrasanna Vadanam Dhyaayet Sarva Vighnopashaantaye" -->Offer a seat in your heart or in your altar or peetam, chanting "Om Sri Gurubhyo Namaha || , aasanam samarpayaami" --> Offer a spoon of water to the holy feet of Swamy and Guru (if you have statue, offer to the holy feet of the statue. If you have picture of Swamy or Guru, show the spoon of the water to the picture and pour it in a clean cup)- chanting "Om Sri Gurubhyo Namaha || , padhyam Samarpayami". --> Offer a spoon of water to the holy arms of Swamyand Guru (if you have statue, offer to the holy arms of the statue. If you have picture of Swamy or Guru, show the spoon of the water to the picture and pour it in a clean cup)- chanting "Om Sri Gurubhyo Namaha || , arghyam Samarpayami". --> Offer a spoon of water to the holy mouth of Lord Sri Guruvayurappan and Guru (if you have statue, offer to the holy mouth of the statue. If you have picture of Swamy or Guru, show the spoon of the water to the picture and pour it in a clean cup), chanting "Om Sri Gurubhyo Namaha || , aachamaniyam Samarpayami". -->offer a spoon of water or glass of water (then milk and then water ) and do abhishekam or pour slowly on the statue of Swamy or Guru. (if you have statue, offer or pour slowly to the holy body of the statue from head to toe.
